Shipping Policy

1. Please allow 5-7 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

2. Free local Hong Kong delivery service is available for an order above HK$2,000, excluding Tung Chung, Airport, Container Terminal/Port, and outlying islands.

3. Orders below HK$2,000, we would charge HK$200 for delivery service.

4. When your order is delivered from our warehouse, you will receive an email for notification.

Validity for exchanges & returns

1. Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if you find any problems with the product, please keep all the packaging materials, including the original packaging, receipts and related gifts, and bring them back to our store for exchange.

2. Contact us within 3 days, provide photos of the product and make a request for an exchange.

3. We will notify you of the status of your return request as soon as possible after confirming that the condition of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy.

4. After we receive the item, we will arrange the exchange after our colleague has checked the item and no refund will be made. *We reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange if we fail to collect the goods within 7 days.

We reserve the right to refuse the customer's return or exchange request under the following circumstances:

- The returned item is more than 7 days old or is not included in the current return order.

- Non-new items: We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, dirt, human damage, or that have noticeable stains or odors. We also reserve the right to make the final determination regarding the condition of the item.

- Incomplete packages: A complete package must include the product, bag, box, instructions, and all accessories.

- Alterations: Any processing or modifications, such as printing, that were not originally part of the product.

- Packaging damage: Damage or labeling on the packaging or product that affects its resale value.

- Subjective reasons: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for subjective reasons, such as color differences, the product not matching expectations, or personal dissatisfaction with the item.
