All prices listed on our eShop are in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.

We accept the following shopify payments only. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable shipping fees. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, shipping times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other third-party factors beyond our control.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at sales@whr.hk for return instructions. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the total value of the goods purchased.
